This position has a huge focus on our customer retention for our clients. We focus on providing not only quantity, but quality customers. Customer lifetime value is an important measure to our clients, as well as the return on investment we ensure to provide at the end of each year.

We want to make sure that we find an individual who can find a solution to any problem they run into as it is our job to fulfill a client’s demand. An Event Coordinator will gain the responsibility of creating a campaign from start to finish, having the freedom to think outside of the box.

A brand ambassador will help raise awareness about what clients are offering. The goal would be to represent a client and promote their product or service. Tasks would range from going to different events, talking to customers, and providing consumers with a memorable face-to-face experience.
Our sales associates are responsible for shaping the customer experience, driving sales and providing quality customer service. Our Ideal candidate will be competitive, work well in a team environment and look to grow into a sales team leader or management role.
Being the first point of contact with our clients is super important. Our secretary would be in charge of answering phone calls, keeping the front desk tidy, and the office presentable. As well, our secretary would be the one greeting and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk. It would include the simple things that make a huge difference in our office and for our team.
